I specialize in rural property—farms, ranches, acreage, and country homes—serving clients who need more than a transaction and less than a sales pitch. Rural real estate is complex, and the smallest overlooked detail can become a costly mistake. My role is to help clients see the full picture before they make decisions that affect their land, their livelihood, and their long-term value.
I approach every property with a practical, ground-level mindset. I pay attention to access, water, zoning, soils, use potential, and hidden risks—because those details matter. I believe honest advice is more valuable than optimistic promises, and I’m upfront about challenges as well as opportunities. Clients trust me because I tell the truth, even when it’s inconvenient.
Above all, I respect what land represents. It’s not just property—it’s legacy, responsibility, and future potential. I take that seriously, and I treat every client’s land as if it were my own.

When I Tell Clients Not to Buy a PropertyOne of the things that surprises people when they begin working with me is that sometimes my advice is simple: “This isn’t the right property.” That might sound unusual in real estate, but when you’re dealing with rural property, farms, and acreage, the goal should never be to rush into a purchase.
Buying Rural Property with a Shift-Work ScheduleFor firefighters, EMTs, and law enforcement officers, buying rural property requires a different approach. Community Matters
At Hybrid Real Estate, giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Community service is one of our core values, and our agents proudly support causes they are passionate about across Oregon. From serving meals at the Eugene Mission and packing food boxes at Food for Lane County, to cleaning parks and rivers, fostering pets, supporting schools, hosting fundraisers, and uplifting the arts — we are committed to making a lasting impact.
Our dedication goes beyond volunteer hours. We purchased Alder House, a nine-unit apartment complex, to provide safe housing for homeless youth ages 16–21 in partnership with Looking Glass Community Services. We’ve championed local nonprofits, contributed to plans for a future Emerald Valley Pickleball Complex, and organized donation drives for pajamas, hygiene kits, and other essentials for children and families in need.
At Hybrid, we believe that when our community thrives, we all thrive — and that is why giving back will always be at the core of who we are.
